Following its publication in September, the new book exploring the future of food, Regenerative Farming and Sustainable Diets is being warmly received by journalists and experts within the food systems space.

The book includes chapters from various experts exploring the vast potential of dietary shift and farming reform in solving the global food crisis. Co-edited by Joyce D’Silva and Carol McKenna, contributors include Stefanos Fotiou and Rathana Peou Norbert-Munns on the SDGs; Melissa Leach on pandemics and food systems; Dr Rattan Lal on soil health, and Dr Shireen Kassam on the health benefits of plant-based diets.

The book and several of its contributors have featured in several media articles including in Forbes, Newsweek and Wicked Leeks.

Described by journalist David Burrows as ‘this rather excellent book’, it is available to purchase in paperback/hardback and as an Open Access e-book.
