We value your insights and experiences. After each interview, you will have the opportunity to share your feedback anonymously through our post-interview survey. This feedback is not just heard but actively integrated into our recruitment process to make it more compassionate and inclusive.

Prompt Acknowledgment: We promise to acknowledge your application promptly, aiming to provide initial feedback within five working days of your submission.

Open Dialogue: We are dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication. All candidate inquiries will receive a response within three working days to ensure you are informed and supported throughout the recruitment process.
